Delivery

There is a 3 to 5 working turnaround as we make every sticker sheet to order.

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

International Orders are sent either International Standard (NOT A TRACKED SERVICE) or International Tracked & Signed, you choose your preferred shipping option.

UK Customers: If you need an order sooner, please get in touch BEFORE ordering and we will let you know if this is possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is full and correct at the time of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We ship to the shipping address provided, not the billing address.

If you are using Paypal checkout, please make sure the address on your Paypal account matches your actual address. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to out of date Paypal postal addresses.

Returns

UK Orders: Our refund and returns policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Photographic evidence of date of receipt must be provided in the case of untracked shipping.

International Orders: Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Photographic evidence of date of receipt must be provided in the case of untracked shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. This is easily done by providing your order number, or the name and/or email address you used whilst making your purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once we have inspected your returned item and found it to be in new, unused condition, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.

Damaged Orders

If you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit, please take photographs immediately it arrives, and send these to us. Make sure the photo’s are close up, clear and include the packaging. This is so we are able to claim for the damage from Royal Mail. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot refund or replace damaged items without photographic evidence.

You are responsible for paying return postage when returning your item. We recommend using a tracked and/or signed for service, such as Royal Mail 1st Signed For. We cannot refund returns that do not arrive and have no tracking proof of postage.
